The most often heard request from users of such flash battery packs is for a smaller and lighter power source. The CD-2X2S is a lithium-polymer based battery pack to power your off-camera flashes. It is easily adaptable to just about any system in the market today with its interchangeable plug system. The rugged aluminium casing protects it from accidental knocks that occur so often during shoots.

Lithium-polymer batteries have a very low self-discharge rate and weight significantly less than their nickel-based counterparts. That means you get a much higher capacity with a battery pack of the same weight. In our internal tests we have found the battery pack last almost 50% longer than the leading nickel-based flash battery pack.
