Returns Policy and Instructions

REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES
Defective units can be exchanged for the same model only.
All returns must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
The Customer pays shipping for all returns to EastGear.com.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Physical damage will void all warranties.
10% restocking fee applies to any cancelled order that has been shipped from our warehouse.

Return Rules:
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

  • Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
  • Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
  • Refunds on returned items which were paid for by wire transfer, check or cash (in-store) will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, EastGear.com reserves the right to refuse or return the item at the customers expense.

 

7 days for GPS related accessories.

14 days for Chargers, Batteries.

Restocking Fees on GPS related accessories.
These are the standard restocking fees that will be charged on all GPS returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
15% restocking fee on all opened GPS.

Restocking Fees on Chargers & Batteries Related Accessories:
EastGear.com reserves the right to charge a restock fee of not less than 15% on returned accessories that are not returned in “Like-New” condition.


Please Note: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
 

Return Instructions

  • Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
